N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 7 § 1904.4 - Appeal of removal from temporary release program
An inmate may appeal the decision to remove him from a continuous temporary release program by completing the appropriate form and submitting it to the central office director of temporary release.
(a) The appeal must be submitted within 30
days of the inmate's receipt of the superintendent's decision to remove him
from program.
(b) Upon the request
of central office temporary release programs, the superintendent will transmit
a copy of form 4187 and all supporting documentation to the director of central
office temporary release programs.
(c) The central office director of temporary
release will render a final decision within 60 days of receipt of the
appeal.
