N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 9 § 29.2 - Sale and delivery
(a) A
permit shall authorize only the sale and service of those alcoholic beverages
which the permittee is authorized to sell under his on-premises
license.
(b) A permit shall be
effective for a period not to exceed 24 consecutive hours commencing 8 a.m. of
the day for which such permit is issued provided no sale or service of
alcoholic beverages is made contrary to subdivision 5 of section 106 of the
Alcoholic Beverage Control Law or of any rule further restricting the hours of
sale promulgated by the local ABC board of the county in which such function,
occasion or event will be held.
(c)
Licensed manufacturers and wholesalers may deliver alcoholic beverages, for the
account of the permittee, to the premises at which the function, occasion or
event will be held.
