N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 9 § 506.14 - Audit of procurement forms
The Division of Standards and Purchase shall examine each vendor's State CDC form No. 1 and invoice and upon finding them to be in order and the price satisfactory, shall promptly certify the same for payment to the vendor by the State Department of Audit and Control.
