N.Y. Comp. Codes R. & Regs. Tit. 9 § 7612.9 - Inventory/storage of clothing, bedding and linen
(a) The inventory of clothing, bedding and
linen shall exceed that required for the facility inmate population.
(b) The department shall develop a written
policy and procedure for the accountability of prisoner clothing, bedding and
linen.
(c) All items of clothing,
bedding and linen stored within a facility shall be maintained in a safe,
secure and sanitary manner.
