Codifier's Note: Pursuant to SL 2011-145, s. 8.18.(b), the State Board of Community Colleges is exempt from all articles in Chapter 150B of the General Statutes with the exception of Article 4. The Codifier of Rules received notice from the agency and removed the rules codified under Title 23 of the North Carolina Administrative Code.
