N.D. Admin Code 74-03-09-01 - Land requirements
Foundation seed of mustard, crambe, canola, and rape shall be on land which did not produce mustard, crambe, canola, or rape during the previous four years. Certified seed of mustard, crambe, canola, and rape shall be on land which did not produce mustard, crambe, canola, or rape during the previous two years. Registered and certified seed of crambe must be on land which did not produce crambe during the previous year.
