N.D. Admin Code 74-03-12-02 - Field inspection
Field inspection shall be made on soybeans prior to harvest when the crop is approaching maturity preferably after the leaves have dropped or at a time when varietal purity can be determined. Field inspection on chickpeas or lentils shall be made prior to harvest when the crop is in bloom or at such a time as the varietal purity of the crop can be determined.
