Ohio Admin. Code 102-5-14 - Disposition of financial disclosure statement complaints
(B) A complaint against a person for
failure to file a complete financial disclosure statement may be dismissed when
the person files the required complete financial disclosure statement and all
filing and late fees have been paid prior to the commission taking any formal
action on the hearing officer's report.
(C) A complaint against a person for
failure to file a financial disclosure statement may be dismissed without
prejudice if the person cannot be located or service of the complaint cannot be
made.
