Ohio Admin. Code 1301:5-1-16 - Effective date of licensure
(A) No person nor entity shall engage in any
conduct for which a real estate license is required until an effective date of
licensure has been established by the division.
(B) For initial licensure, the effective date
of licensure will be the date that the license is issued, which will be
reflected on the license itself.
(C) For license changes, the effective date
of licensure will not be established until the division has all of the
information and fees necessary to process and issue a new license.
