Ohio Admin. Code 145-1-44 - Election workers
As used in section
145.012 of the Revised Code,
"election worker" means an individual who performs services as a
poll worker
precinct
election official or voting location manager for the board of elections
on
for a day
the election polls are open and training or preparation
for such service.
