Ohio Admin. Code 1501:10-1-05 - Additional requirements for the certification of mine forepersons or forepersons of gaseous mines and mine forepersons or forepersons of nongaseous mines
(A) A person who
applies for a certificate as a mine foreperson or a foreperson of gaseous mines
shall meet the requirements of

Retraining of mine foreperson or foreperson. A

been issued a certificate as a mine foreperson or a foreperson under section

1561.17 of the Revised Code
and who has not worked in an underground
coal mine for a period of one or more calendar years,
shall
successfully
