Ohio Admin. Code 1501:46-12-10 - Boat docking restrictions
No person shall anchor, moor, or tie-up any
watercraft
vessel to any dock facility, or structure on the
waters of the Division
division in such a way that said
watercraft
vessel
threatens to or does block, impede, or restrict other
watercraft
vessels in their normal and reasonable use of the
waters of the Division
division.
