Ohio Admin. Code 1501:46-13-02 - Motor vehicle speed limits

No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon roadways under supervision of the Division division within any area administered by the Division division at a speed in excess of twenty miles per hour, or at a speed in excess as marked with a traffic control device on the roadways by the Division division.
