Ohio Admin. Code 1501-7-07 - Actions of the director
(A) Any
person or party claiming to be aggrieved or adversely affected by any action of
the director pursuant to the rules
1501-7-01 to
1501-7-06 of the Administrative
Code or section 1520.03 of the Revised Code
pertaining to water leasing/sale agreements from canals and canal reservoirs is
entitled to a hearing in accordance with Chapter 119. of the Revised Code if
the person or party sends a written request for a hearing to the director
within thirty days after the date on which the notice is mailed or otherwise
provided to the person or party.
(B) Whenever a person or party requests a
hearing pursuant to provisions of Chapter 119. of the Revised Code, the
director shall
will immediately set the date, time, and place for
such hearing and forthwith notify the person or party thereof. The date for
such hearing shall
will be written fifteen days, but not earlier than
seven days, after the person or party has requested a hearing, unless otherwise
agreed to by both the director and the party.
