Ohio Admin. Code 3301-73-17 - Certified records

(A) A certified copy of any law enforcement record, court record, agency record, employment record, or other acknowledged document kept in the ordinary course of business shall be is self authenticating.
(B) A certified copy of a plea of guilty to or a judicial finding of guilt to any crime is conclusive proof of the commission of all of the elements of the crime.
(C) A certified copy of any prior disciplinary action by any licensing entity in this state or in another jursdiction jurisdiction is conclusive proof of the prior disciplinary action.
