Ohio Admin. Code 3333-1-65.9 - JVSD allocation
(A) A city, local, and exempted village
district, community school, STEM school, or joint vocational school district
(JVSD) must report each student who enrolls in college credit plus, along with
other information required on that student's enrollment, into the Ohio
department of education's education management information system
(EMIS).
(B) When a student is
enrolled simultaneously in a JVSD and another secondary entity, and the student
enrolls in a course governed by college credit plus, the entity that applies
the college credit plus course credit toward the student's high school
graduation requirements or career technical education program of study shall
report the student's enrollment in the college credit plus course.
(C) The department shall deduct the payment
to the college from the entity who reports the college credit plus course
enrollment and credit.
