Ohio Admin. Code 3335-5-13 - Membership

Every member of the university faculty shall be a member of the college faculty or faculties to which he or she is they are assigned regardless of the location of his or her their primary duty. In cases involving doubt as to the proper college to which the university faculty member is assigned, assignment will be made by the executive vice president and provost after obtaining the recommendation of the deans and/or dean and directors concerned.
