Ohio Admin. Code 3357:3-2-02 - Graduation

The following rules are established regarding the graduation of students from the college:

(A) To ensure that each student graduated from the college has completed all requirements for a certificate or degree offered by the college;
(B) To award degrees and certificates upon the recommendation of the faculty, transmitted to the board through the president;
(C) To prescribe the format and appearance of the diplomas issued to those receiving certificates and degrees from the college; and
(D) To provide public graduation ceremonies at appropriate times throughout the academic year.

The president is authorized by the board of trustees to establish policies to implement these rules, to certify persons who have completed a prescribed course program of study as having been graduated, and to provide for public recognition of that graduation.
