Ohio Admin. Code 3361:60-13-01 - Scheduling: use of university facilities
As a tax-supported, state institution of higher education, the university of Cincinnati in scheduling the use of facilities shall first assure that the primary goals and objectives of the university itself are being met. To this end, the academic programs of the university shall have priority in the use of university facilities, after which scheduling of the use of university facilities shall be pursuant to policies and procedures adopted by the president of the university.
