Ohio Admin. Code 3701:1-40-07 - Carriers

Common and contract carriers, freight forwarders, warehousemen, and the United U. States S. postal service are exempt from the regulations in this chapter and Chapters 3701:1-37, 3701:1-46, 3701:1-48, 3701:1-49, 3701:1-52, and 3701:1-58 of the Administrative Code, to the extent that they are not required to be licensed as set forth in Chapter 3748. of the Revised Code and rule 3701:1-38-02 of the Administrative Code, and to the extent that they only transport or store radioactive material in the regular course of carriage for another or storage incident thereto.
