Ohio Admin. Code 3701:1-58-72 - Other medical uses of radioactive material or radiation from radioactive material
A licensee may use radioactive material or a radiation source approved for medical use which is not specifically addressed in rules 3701:1-58-32, 3701:1-58-34, 3701:1-58-37, 3701:1-58-43, 3701:1-58-53 and 3701:1-58-55 of the Administrative Code if:
(A)
The applicant or licensee has submitted the information required by paragraphs
(B) to (D) of rule
3701:1-58-07
of the Administrative Code; and
(B) The applicant or licensee has received
written approval from the director in a license or license amendment and uses
the material in accordance with the regulations and specific conditions the
director considers necessary for the medical use of the material.
