Ohio Admin. Code 3704-4-02 - Commission on minority health

The lupus program is established to improve the health status of people with lupus and to assist the efforts of family members and caregivers by providing support, information and education.

The commission on minority health shall facilitate lupus services for all Ohioans by:

(A) Providing grants for programs in patient, public and professional education on the subject of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE);
(B) Encouraging and developing local centers on lupus information gathering and screening; and/or Funding lupus grant organizations to provide lupus information and screening opportunities; and
(C) Providing outreach to minority women.
