The owner or operator of a stationary source subject to
Chapter 3745-104 of the Administrative
Code
prepare a worst-case release scenario analysis as provided
in rule
3745-104-10
of the Administrative Code and complete the five-year accident history as
provided in rule
3745-104-16
of the Administrative Code. The
(A)
Prepare a
worst-case scenario as provided in rule
3745-104-10
of the Administrative Code.
(B)
Complete the
five-year accident history as proviced in rule
3745-104-16
of the Administrative Code.
(C)
For an
owner or operator of a program two and three process,
must comply with
all requirements of Chapter 3745-104 of the
Administrative Code
this chapter that are
applicable to the process program level.
