Ohio Admin. Code 3745-104-14 - Hazard assessment: review and update
(A) The owner or operator shall review and
update the offsite consequence analyses at least once every five years.
(B) If changes in processes,
quantities stored or handled, or any other aspect of the stationary source are
expected to increase or decrease the distance to the endpoint by a factor of
two or more, the owner or operator shall complete a revised analysis within six
months of the change and submit to U.S.
environmental protection agency
USEPA a
revised risk management plan as provided in rule
3745-104-49
of the Administrative Code.
