Ohio Admin. Code 3745-15-02 - Purpose

It is the purpose of all air pollution rules adopted under Chapter 3704. or Chapter 3745. of the Revised Code or any rule adopted there under to set forth such requirements as shall be necessary to secure and maintain those levels of air quality which are consistent with the protection of health and the prevention of injury to plant, animal life, and property in the state of Ohio, and to provide for the comfortable enjoyment of the natural attractions of the state to the greatest extent practical. All regulations of the director shall be construed in such manner as to effectuate this purpose.
