Ohio Admin. Code 3745-15-08 - Circumvention

No person shall cause or permit the installation or use of any device or any means which, without resulting in reduction in the total amount of air contaminant emitted, conceals or dilutes an emission of air contaminant which would otherwise violate any rules of the director Chapter 3704., 3714., 3734., 3745., 6109., or 6111. of the Revised Code or any rule adopted thereunder.
