Ohio Admin. Code 3745-15-09 - Severability

If any provision of any rule of the director Chapter 3704. or Chapter 3745. of the Revised Code or any rule adopted thereunder or the application thereof to any person or circumstances is held to be invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application of any other part of such rules which can be given without the invalid provisions or application, and to this end the provisions of all rules of the director any rule adopted under Chapter 3704. or Chapter 3745. of the Revised Code and the various applications thereof are declared to be severable.
