Ohio Admin. Code 3745-273-60 - Applicability - standards for destination facilities

(A) The owner or operator of a "destination facility" (as defined in rule 3745-273-09 of the Administrative Code) is subject to all applicable requirements of rules 3745-50-40 to 3745-50-235, Chapters 3745-50, 3745-54 to 3745-57, 3745-65 to 3745-69, 3745-205, 3745-256, 3745-266 except as provided in paragraphs (B) and (C) of this rule, and 3745-270 of the Administrative Code, and the requirement to notify Ohio EPA or USEPA U.S. EPA of regulated waste activity.
(B) The owner or operator of a destination facility that recycles a particular universal waste without storing that universal waste before that universal waste is recycled shall comply with paragraph (C)(2) of rule 3745-51-06 of the Administrative Code.
(C) The owner or operator of a destination facility who enters recyclable materials into a recycling process within seventy-two hours after the arrival of the recyclable materials at the facility shall comply with paragraph (C)(3) of rule 3745-51-06 of the Administrative Code.
