Ohio Admin. Code 3745-279-30 - Do-it-yourselfer used oil collection centers
(A) Applicability. This rule applies to
owners or operators of all do-it-yourselfer (DIY) used oil collection centers.
A DIY used oil collection center is any site or facility that
accepts/aggregates and stores used oil collected only from household
do-it-yourselfers.
(B) DIY used oil
collection center requirements. Owners or operators of all DIY used oil
collection centers shall comply with the generator standards in rules
3745-279-20
to
3745-279-24
of the Administrative Code.
