Ohio Admin. Code 3745-279-59 - Management of residues at used oil processors and re-refiners
Owners and operators who generate residues from the storage, processing, or re-refining of used oil shall manage the residues as specified in paragraph (E) of rule 3745-279-10 of the Administrative Code.
