Ohio Admin. Code 3745-279-81 - Disposal of hazardous and of nonhazardous used oils
(A) Disposal of
hazardous used oils. Used oils that are identified as a hazardous waste and
cannot be recycled in accordance with Chapter 3745-279 of the Administrative
Code must
