Rules
3745-65-70 to
3745-65-77 of
the Administrative Code apply to owners and operators of both on-site and
off-site facilities, except as rule
3745-65-01
of the Administrative Code provides otherwise. Rules
3745-65-71,
3745-65-72,
and
3745-65-76
of the Administrative Code do not apply to owners and operators of on-site
facilities that do not receive any hazardous waste from off-site sources, and
to owners and operators of off-site facilities with respect to waste military
munitions exempted from manifest requirements under paragraph (A) of rule
3745-266-203
of the Administrative Code.
