Ohio Admin. Code 3745-68-15 - Special requirements for containers
Unless they are very small, such as an ampule, containers shall be either:
(A) At least ninety per
cent full when placed in the landfill; or
(B) Crushed flat, shredded, or similarly
reduced in volume to the maximum practical extent before it is buried beneath
the surface of a landfill.
