Ohio Admin. Code 4117-9-07 - Filing of collective bargaining agreement
(A) One executed copy of any collective
bargaining agreement accompanied by a completed state
employment relations board contract data summary sheet shall be filed
via electronic mail with the board by the
employer within thirty days of execution.
(B) For the purpose of this rule, the term
"collective bargaining agreement" includes contract, memorandum of
understanding, extension, amendment, modification, reopener, settlement, or
other addendum entered into between an employee organization and employer.
(C) All wage information shall be
submitted with the collective bargaining agreement. Any amendments or
renegotiation of wage information accompanied by a
completed state employment relations board contract data summary sheet
shall be filed via electronic mail by the
employer upon execution of the amendment or renegotiated provision.
