Ohio Admin. Code 4123-19-12 - Grounds for holding public hearings to evaluate the program for self-insuring employers
The administrator of workers'
compensation shall hold a public hearing to evaluate the program for
self-insuring employers in the following situations:
(A) If there has been a substantial amendment
of the statutes relating to self-insuring employers;
(B) If decisions are rendered by the supreme
court of Ohio which materially change the interpretation of such statutes or
invalidate material portions of the rules of the industrial commission or the
bureau of workers' compensation;
or
(C) If there is substantial evidence that the
self-insuring employers are not complying with the laws of the state of
Ohio,
or the
rules and procedures of the bureau of workers'
compensation and
or the industrial
commission.
