Ohio Admin. Code 4146-21-01 - Who may appeal in an eligibility notice case
Any notifying employer as defined in division (F) of section
4141.28
(E)(1) of the Revised Code who has been
issued a redetermination in accordance with said section may appeal in person,
by counsel, or other authorized representative.
