Ohio Admin. Code 4301:1-1-19 - Permits: duties of licensing division
All investigations, examinations, and inspections to ascertain
the eligibility of an applicant for the issuance, transfer, or renewal of a
permit, including review of the ownership of the business or the criminal
background of any person having a financial or beneficial interest in the
business, shall be made by the licensing section
of the division.
