This rule is adopted in compliance with and under the authority
of division (F) of section
121.22 of the Revised
Code.
Any person may determine the time and place of all regularly
scheduled meetings and the time, place, and purpose of all special meetings by
consulting with the Ohio liquor control commission
website (lcc.ohio.gov), or by writing to the following address: "Liquor
Control Commission, 77 South High Street, Eighteenth Floor, Columbus, Ohio
43215."
(A) Any representative of the
news media may obtain notice of all special meetings by requesting in writing
that such notice be provided. The request shall provide the name of the
individual media representative to be contacted and an email or mailing
address.
(B) The liquor control
commission shall maintain a list of all representatives of the news media who
have requested notice of special meetings pursuant to this rule.
(C) In the event of a special meeting not of
any emergency nature, the liquor control commission shall notify all media
representatives on the list of such meeting by sending
an email or written notice four calendar days prior to
the day of the special meeting.
(D)
In the event of a special meeting of an emergency nature, the liquor control
commission shall notify the clerk of the state house press.
(E) Any person may, upon payment of an annual fee of five dollars,
receive notice of all meetings of the liquor control commission at which
specific subject matters are scheduled to be discussed.
