Ohio Admin. Code 4731-6-02 - Preliminary education for medical and osteopathic licensure
(A)
The following constitutes prima facie evidence that an
applicant for a license has met the requirements of divisions (A)(2) and (A)(3)
of section 4731.09 of the Revised
Code.
(1)
The
applicant holds a diploma from a medical or osteopathic medical school that, at
the time the diploma was issued, was a medical school accredited by the LCME or
an osteopathic medical school accredited by the AOA; or
(2)
The applicant
holds certification from the ECFMG .
(B)
Sixty semester
hours or its equivalent shall be considered two years of undergraduate work as
required by division (A)(3) of section
4731.09 of the Revised
Code.
