Ohio Admin. Code 4781-12-27 - Contracts for the division's annual inspections

The commission division may enter into contracts for the purpose of fulfilling the commission's division's annual inspection responsibilities for manufactured home parks. Boards of health of city or general health districts shall have the right of first refusal for such contracts within their respective jurisdictions.
