Ohio Admin. Code 4901:1-6-35 - Filing of reports by telephone companies subject to the federal communications commission

Upon request, each telephone company operating within the state of Ohio shall should submit to the director of the utilities department of the commission or the director's designee a copy of any reports filed with the federal communications commission pursuant to 47 C.F.R. 43.
