Ohio Admin. Code 742-16-02 - Board of trustees
(A) For purposes of sections
742.38 and
742.63 of the Revised Code, an
employee member of the board of trustees shall be considered to be in the
performance of his or her official duties as a member of a police or fire
department while engaged in the performance of any of his or her official
duties as a member of the board of trustees or in the conduct of any business
connected with the fund

attention to any matters related to the administration or business of

section 742.63 of the Revised Code, an

of duty as a fire fighter or police officer while engaged in the performance of
any of his or her official duties as a member of the board of trustees or in
the conduct of any business connected with the
