Ohio Admin. Code 901:5-11-06 - Pesticide dealer license
(A) The initial and renewal fee for a
pesticide dealer license shall be thirty-five dollars per licensing period.
This fee is non-refundable.
(B)
The licensing period for pesticide dealers shall commence on the first day of
October of each year and expire on the last day of September of the following
year.
(C) An applicant shall be
issued a pesticide dealer license if the applicant has satisfied the licensing
requirements set out in Chapter 921. of the Revised Code and the rules adopted
thereunder, and the following have been received by the director:
(1) A completed formal application; and
(2) The fee as set forth in
paragraph (A) of this rule.
