Ohio Admin. Code 901:5-2-08 - Dry fertilizer storage and handling
(A) Dry fertilizer materials and nonliquid
fertilizer shall, if stored for more than thirty days in any calendar year, be
stored inside a structure or device having a roof or cover, sidewalls, and a
base sufficiently impermeable to prevent contact with precipitation and surface
water.
(B) Dry fertilizer
materials and nonliquid fertilizer stored for thirty days or less in any
calendar year may be stored outdoors provided they are placed on a ground cover
sufficiently impermeable to prevent contact with precipitation and surface
water and completely covered with a waterproof tarpaulin.
