Ohio Admin. Code 901:5-48-03 - Regulated articles

The articles listed in paragraphs (A) to (H) of this rule are regulated articles subject to the quarantine established in rule 901:5-48-01 of the Administrative Code.

(A) The articles listed in paragraphs (A)(1) to (A)(7) of this rule are regulated articles subject to the quarantine established in rule 901:5-48-01oftheAdministrativeCode.

(1) (A) Hemlock seedlings;

(2) (B) Hemlock nursery stock;

(3) (C) Hemlock logs with bark;

(4) (D) Hemlock lumber with bark;

(E) Hemlock braches;

(5) (F) Hemlock chips with bark;

(6) (G) Uncomposted Hemlock bark; and,

(7) (H) Any life stage of the pest.
