Ohio Admin. Code 901:5-7-08 - Exempt buyer

To be an exempt buyer, one must be a an major Ohio commercial feed manufacturer within Ohio and furnish substantial quantities of distribute commercial feeds or feed ingredients at wholesale to distributors in other states. The director, or his representative, will determine the qualifications of an exempt buyer applicant and may grant exempt exemption to those who apply and qualify buyer status based on his findings.
