Okla. Admin. Code § 150:155-1-6 - Administrative hearings
(a) Any applicant
who believes that it has been wrongfully denied certification by the Department
may request an administrative hearing pursuant to the provisions regarding
Individual Proceedings found in
150:1-11-1 et.
seq. of the Department's General Rules of Practice and Procedures.
(b) Any business that loses certification
through revocation who timely mails or delivers a notice of objection to the
Department as set forth within these rules will be presented an opportunity for
hearing pursuant to
150:1-15-1 et.
seq. of the Department's General Rules of Practice and Procedures.
