Okla. Admin. Code § 150:155-1-7 - Additional information; on-site inspections
(a) The Department may request additional
information from program applicants or participants as deemed reasonably
necessary by the Department at any time. Failure to provide such information
may be grounds for denial of certification or revocation of
certification.
(b) The Department
may conduct on-site evaluations as deemed necessary by the
Department.
