Okla. Admin. Code § 150:165-1-5 - Final Approval

The Director shall provide his/her final approval required by the Act based upon:

(1) The eligible company's satisfaction of statutory requirements of the Act;

(2) The findings of the consultant's report required by the Act; and

(3) The application submitted to the Director under Section 11 of this administrative regulation, and written and oral communications with the eligible company.
