Okla. Admin. Code § 150:40-1-6 - Contractor responsibilities
Applicants receiving grant approval and a contract with the Oklahoma Department of Commerce shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
(1) Conducting programs
and projects in compliance with local safety, sanitation and building
codes;
(2) Submitting reports on
actual or accrued expenditures and project progress reports as
required;
(3) Developing and
submitting program plans and reports to assist the monitoring of program
accomplishments;
(4) Conducting an
orderly and timely close-out of contracts with the Department; and
(5) Using a financial management system for
management of private and public funds which ensures compliance with generally
accepted accounting principles.
